Childcare Time and Charge
You can make a reservation from 1 hour.However it is necessary for us to explain business formalities and matters. We needs time which our contracts sign about 10 – 15 minutes.
For example, when you start at 2pm,We needs to explain childcare business matters and your sign up everything from 1:45pm.Thanks for your understandings and all matters.
About Place Children’s care Space
When you want to do shopping slowly at airports, please use our business.Narita Airport and Haneda Airport has The baby room and the kids play space,So we’re able to use those spaces with your child. Please don’t worry .Or when you will go out from your accommodations (hotel),we could take care of your children at appointed place(in accommodation, in hotel ).
We could look for a safe place with you (customer ).If you need our business at station yard (premises ), we could look for a safe place with you (customer).
Charge
You have to pay the our application by using more than one hour per 30 minutes, or once request it.
This is the price including transportation expenses. It becomes the amount of money by the use in the airport or other places.

Payment
You can pay available by credit card(AMEX, VISA, Master Card, JCB.).
However we appreciate Japanese Cash.
If you’ll pay credit card, if you need the receipt, we’ll send your Email receipt .
Please don’t worry about that.
Insurance
We subscribe the children’s accident insurance. We always could pay attention to your children’s care. However don’t worry about that.
The acceptance of number of people and the discount
We’re able to accept your children of 3 maximum.
We have brother and sister discount.
If you need this discount, please ask us when we sign childcare matters.
We will take off 40% for the second your child. In like manner, we will take off 40 % for the third your child.
The Contract
We will start the childcare job after you sign our contract establishment.

Afternoon snack and meals
You have to ready for your child’s lunch between lunch time 12 afternoon- 1 pm .
We could care for your child to have lunch with us(we will have lunch time,too).
In the same case, you have to ready for your child’s afternoon snack between 3pm-4pm.
We could care for your child to have afternoon snack , meals with us(we will have short break, afternoon snack,too).
We could ready the afternoon snacks available, It depends on the hope of customers, to ready the afternoon snacks for your child.
However it cost 300yen (for afternoon snacks ).
Please let us know your request when you book us on the internet.
In the same case, you have to ready for your child’s in dinner time between 6pm-7pm.
We could care for your child to have a dinner , meals with us(we will have a dinner, meals ,too).
Please let us know your request when you book us on the internet.
If your child have food allergies, please let us know on the booking Email.

Illness Child Childcare
We will provide for a sick child care service, too.
For example, your child have high fever, orcough , the disease that seems to be cured, and so on.
Please let us know your child’s sick situation.
As for the price of the illness child childcare, 2000yen depends on a normal price by addition more.
Please understand for that price.
